Joe Hiatt is a Brooklyn-based actor, writer, and director originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
He is known for playing the lead role in the 2018 feature film Poor Mama’s Boy* and the lead role in the upcoming feature film Fall is a Good Time to Die.
Joe graduated from the University of Sioux Falls, studying Theatre, English, and Philosophy. In 2017, he was selected as a fellow for the Artist as Citizen Conference at the Juilliard School in New York City.
*Joe won Best Actor for Poor Mama’s Boy at the Sioux Empire Film Festival(2016) and Best Actor at the Dakota Film Festival (2021).
